Why isn't the theme showing up in the Theme menu?
A device reset is necassary. Take out the battery for a period of 10 seconds, then slide it back in. The theme should now be available for activation from the Theme menu in Options.


Are the themes available via Desktop Manager?
No. To ensure no third party distribution, we only provide OTA download links.


What are the OS requirments for themes?
8100 Series - 4.2.1
8300 Series - 4.2.2
8800 Series - 4.2.1
8830 Models - 4.2.2

The above data features safe OS versions for all GemBlock's themes. If OS version is different, please note that the theme layout may be affected.

To check OS version, go to Options > About on your Blackberry Smartphone.


How do I install themes?
- To install a theme OTA: (Over-The-Air)

1. Open up your Blackberry's browser, and check your email for the theme OTA download link. Click the link and install the theme.

2. Once the theme is installed, pull out the battery for 10 seconds.

3. Go to Options > Theme on your Blackberry to activate the theme.
